Mr Christopher King provides private eye care appointments for a range of specialist ophthalmic services, including cataract surgery, keratoconus diagnosis and monitoring, corneal collagen cross-linking, and YAG laser capsulotomy. Every private patient is seen face-to-face by Mr King personally at each consultation and for all post-operative reviews.

Appointment Fees & Insurance

Consultation fees for self-pay patients are:

• New patient consultation: £250

• Follow-up consultation: £175

Any diagnostic tests or investigations required will be billed separately by the hospital.

Mr King is recognised by major health insurers, including BUPA, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and PHC; please obtain pre-authorisation from your insurer for consultations and treatment. Details of surgical fees are available on request from the practice secretary.
